国家发展改革委、国家统计局10日发布的调查统计数据显示,7月份,全国70个大中城市房屋销售价格同比上涨1.0%,涨幅比上月扩大0.8个百分点;环比上涨0.9%,涨幅比上月扩大0.1个百分点。 其中,新建住房销售价格同比上涨0.3%,涨幅比上月扩大0.9个百分点;环比上涨1.1%,涨幅比上月扩大0.3个百分点。90平方米及以下新建住房销售价格同比上涨2.3%,环比上涨1.2%。 分类型看,经济适用住房销售价格同比上涨0.5%,环比上涨0.1%;普通商品住房销售价格同比上涨0.9%
National Development and Reform Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics released on the 10th survey data show that in July, 70 medium-sized cities nationwide housing sales price rose 1.0 percent year-on-year, or expansion of 0.8 percent the previous month; chain rose 0.9 percent, or 0.1 percent expansion the previous month.
Among them, the new housing sales price rose 0.3 percent year-on-year, or 0.9 percent expansion the previous month; chain rose 1.1 percent, or 0.3 percent expansion the previous month. And below 90 square meters of new housing sales price rose 2.3 percent year-on-year, than the Central rose 1.2%.
Type classification, the affordable housing sales price rose 0.5 percent year-on-year, than the Central rose 0.1%; ordinary commodity housing sales price rose 0.9 percent year-on-year, than the Central rose 1.2%; high-grade housing sales prices of goods fell 1.7 percent, than the Central rose 1.2%.
Sub-region, the new housing sales price rose by 43 cities, major cities include: Ningbo, 6.4%, 5.4% in Yinchuan, Jinzhou 5.2%, 4.9% in Jinhua and Xining, and other 4.5%; year-on-year price decline in 26 cities, major cities include: Shijiazhuang -5.5% -5.2% in Xuzhou, Shenzhen -4.6% -4.4% and Dandong Guilin such as -4.0%. Ring than the prices of 63 cities, major cities include: Jinhua, 3.5% Guangzhou 2.7%, 2.2% in Shenzhen, Ningbo and Dalian, 2.0% and other 1.9%; Central city more than the price decline is only 3, -0.4% for Lanzhou, Shenyang and Quanzhou -0.1%.
Survey in July of second-hand housing sales price rose 3.0 percent year-on-year, or 0.8 percent expansion the previous month; chain rose 0.9 percent, or 0.2 last month to narrow the percentage points. New non-residential sales price rose 0.8 percent year-on-year, than the Central rose 0.6%. Classification type, the office building sales price rose 3.5 percent year-on-year, than the Central rose 1.0%; commercial business premises selling prices decreased by 0.2% year-on-year, than the Central rose 0.3%; other premises selling price fell 4 .0%, than the Central rose 0.9%.
