Shanghai Pudong New Area, the Inland Revenue Department has the first right to cross-border trade, the RMB settlement of export tax refund of goods to declare the completion of audit, tax rebates 17.1 thousand yuan will be paid back three Lin Wan-Industry (Shanghai) Enterprise Group Limited. This marks the first batch of pilot enterprises cross-border trade, the RMB settlement of the export tax rebate has been successfully launched.
     
Approved by the State Council, July 6 this year, Shanghai was officially launched cross-border trade, the RMB settlement of experimental work, and has 92 export companies to obtain the first batch of pilot enterprises eligible. To tie in with cross-border trade, the RMB settlement of doing experimental work, the Shanghai State Administration of Taxation State Administration of Taxation in the support and operational guidance, in a timely manner owned enterprises to cross-border trade, the RMB settlement of export goods back (Exemption) approach advocacy, counseling, and requested the tax branch of the pilot enterprises to cross-border trade, the RMB settlement occurred in exports of goods back (exemption) tax returns required to be admissible, and speed up the review, processing progress.

 3 Lin Wan Industry (Shanghai) Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. as the first cross-border trade, the RMB settlement of one of the pilot, have been export tax rebates. Shanghai Silk Group Co., Ltd. refunding work completed will be September 7.
